Posh Dasam is the auspicious day of the birth of Lord Parshvanath. Worship of this austerity leads to the attainment of the qualities of calmness, etc. By worshiping Lord Parshvanath one attains samadhi in every aspect of life and at the time of death.
Posh Dasam Tap is done for 3 days. It can be done with three days’ Upvas(Atham), Aayambils or Ekasanas. JSMC has arranged Ekasanas for all 3 days. We will have option for regular Ekasana along with Posh Dasam Vrat.
1st Day (Dec 24th) – Sugered water (Tham chauvihar ekasana)
2nd Day (Dec 25th) – Kheer ekasana
3rd Day (Dec 26th) – Full Lunch ekasana
