Mahavir Janma Kalyanak Cultural Program Guidelines
Let us celebrate the Birth Anniversary of our Mulnayak Shree Mahavir Swami. As always we encourage you to come in a group of 6 or more. See below participation guideline for the same.
 
MJK Cultural Program Guidelines
 
  1. Registration Deadline: Friday March 22, 2019
  2. Register your entries with Youth Secretary by sending Choreographer Name, Song Title and Number of participants in the group for our performance
  3. Performances should not exceed more than 5 minutes
  4. Group performances (with min. 6 performers) will be given preference over individual performances. Individual performances will be considered only if 10 entries are not registered by Friday April 5, 2019
  5. Stage timings for practice sessions needs to be reserved with Youth Secretary 
  6. Starting Thursday April 11, 2019, the Stage will not be available for practice when Pravachans are in session
  7. Song and Music must be appropriate for performances at JSMC.
  8. Ensure that the sound quality of your song track is good and submit a copy of the song to Youth Secretary, preferably on a CD, latest by Friday April 5, 2019
  9. GRAND REHEARSAL is tentatively scheduled for Sunday April 14, 2019
